'Look! Up in the sky!' 2009 Student Space/Astronomy Short Film Challenge
To celebrate 2009 being the International
Year of Astronomy, SCINEMA is holding a competitive student film
competition for Australian school students. We challenge you to make a short film, under 5 minutes,
with a space or astronomy theme. Films will be judged according to age
groups (Primary School, Secondary School, Tertiary Institutions) and
further prizes will be awarded for humour, technical merit, and the
ability to explain complex concepts. Deadline 30 March 2009.
Entry deadline is March 30, 2009.
